The Problem
During our intervention, I found that students were hesitant to talk to school counselors because they found it hard to approach them. The stress students faced mostly came from their friends and the pressure put on them by different stakeholders involved.
How might We?
Empower children to recognize signs of bullying, mental harsamment, etc
Make it easier for children to access and approach school counsellors without any fear of judgement
Raise awareness among all the stakeholders and create safe and open relatonships between some if not all
Inquiry Method
Primary Research
Interviews, focus group discussions, and surveys were conducted with all stakeholders involved. The insights obtained were then simplified and structured for easier comprehension.
Secondary Research
Tools such as the service design framework and journey mapping were used to simplify the creation process of the service.
Through the service, my aim is to build a comprehensive support system for students by empowering schools to take specific actions that promote youth development. Additionally, to provide parents with a clearer understanding of their child's needs, enabling them to offer effective support and guidance.
Storytelling - drama
By creating a Drama with the students in schools it can help children and all the other indivisual's around them understand emotions and feelings of each better.
DESIGN
By creating a toolkit that is distributed after each performance (drama) for students to go home and interact to have conversation's starter. This would act as an indirect safe space that would help them in understanding better.

Marketing
One of the most important aspects is how we attract our audience to us.
Interactive Collaterals
Following the play, a compact A4-sized booklet can be distributed to children. This booklet serves as a concise resource to further explore the play's themes, featuring engaging content, summaries, interactive activities, and additional resources for continued learning and reflection.
The back of the pamphlet will include games and activities tailored to help children navigate similar issues they may encounter. These activities aim to reinforce the play's messages and provide practical strategies for coping and problem-solving in real-life situations.

Stakeholder Map
The drama is a very brilliant idea to help students and grab the attention of parents for these sensitive issues, parental workshops don’t always end up having the same amount of people as we get when the students are performing

The research and the type of activities we have in our school for bullying is very similar and something like this can be used in schools and help cildren to come out and have more conversations.
